I found the car on your manufacturer's website, and Paul Wolfe was very helpful throughout the purchase process. He assisted me in getting a good deal and was always easy to reach by phone except for one day when it was quite difficult, possibly due to phone line issues.
Paul was approachable and easy to communicate with. He answered all my questions promptly and ensured that any requests I had such as repairing a scratch on the aluminum alloy and cleaning the car were taken care of efficiently.
The deal I got was good, though it could have been even better! Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this dealership. I would have considered bringing my car in for servicing, but since I live far from Oxford, it's not practical for me.
Overall, Paul was very professional, and I appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you!
The staff at Johnsons Hyundai Oxford were good because they knew all about the vehicles I asked about. They were friendly & patient. We normally do not like the car buying process. We had our last car 9 years as we do not like dealing with car sales people - however in this case the Johnson’s staff were outstanding. They were very easy to deal with & we were pleasantly surprised - it was a good experience & transaction.
I'd recommend Johnsons Hyundai Oxford because the interest in my needs, and the effort the sales team went to was excellent
